We do a snapshot backup of every VPS to dedicated backup server. This snapshot backup is for internal use only in case of emergency. You will not be able to restore individual files from this backup as it can only restore the whole virtual server all at once. We are also not responsible for the integrity of this backup and recommend that clients keep your own backup. Loss of data is always a possibility when dealing with storage systems.
